Memorandum and Articles of Association

The new articles of association were accepted at the 75th Annual General Meeting, on 15 June 2020.

The articles form the association's constitution, defines the responsibilities of the directors, the kind of business to be undertaken, and the means by which the members can exert their interest in the association.

Below are a management briefing document, and the full accepted articles.

2020 Resolution passed at the 75th AGM:

That the draft articles be adoped as the articles of association. 

Note that paragraph 7.2 has been ammended to allow a minimum of five three directors.
