The main responsibilities will include – overall repair and maintenance of electrical and mechanical machinery, both in house and on site.
Minimum Qualifications/Experience:
- The successful applicant is expected to be time-served or qualified in an Electrical or Mechanical Engineering discipline.
- Experience / qualified in the use of calibrated measuring equipment such as micrometres, vernier callipers etc.
- Previous experience welding or qualified.
- It would be advantageous to have a good working knowledge of mechanical drive assemblies, and a basic knowledge of Hydraulics, Pneumatics, mechanical design principles and techniques.
- Applicants must be flexible to work outside of “normal working hours” if required and have the availability to travel to work at client locations.
- Previous experience working in busy workshop environment
