An award-winning family-owned engineering and manufacturing business.

Founded in 1905 as the Glyco Metal Company, in 1983 we became Coleherne Ltd and started our laser cutting business in 1992.

We are synonymous with white metal bearing manufacture and refurbishing - Design, Manufacture, Repair and Training.

Coleherne has 70 employees, 10,000m² of manufacturing space and ISO 9001:2015.

Stamping Division

Our Stamping Division can supply all types of electrical steel laminations for both OEM, and reverse engineering for the repair sector, supporting individual one off jobs as well as large customer projects, both domestic and international.

Laser Cutting Division

CAD & CNC laser cutting gives fast turnaround for intricate patterns to an accuracy of 0.1mm

Our fibre laser technology enables us to cut thicker plate and at faster speed.

Our 2 laser cutting cells operate a shift system that runs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

We hold a wide range of Aluminium, Copper alloys and Steel alloys in stock.

Whether prototypes, components for industry or a bespoke sculpture, we will deliver any brief.
