Background

Nestech is a partner in the manufacturing of non-standard single laminations or complete rotor or stator core stacks for electric motors and generators. Laminations are cut with a last generation laser fibre machine, with accuracy +/- 0.03 mm.
The stacks are assembled with traditional TIG or MIG welding processes or bonded using backlack insulated electrical steel. Specific equipment is designed for each project.
The company offers repair and service companies high quality products, flexible and fast services thanks to the experience of its people and the high technical ability of the equipment.
